Doc Assist

Doc Assist enables you to ask questions within your application and receive quick, accurate answers using generative AI and proprietary product documentation.

Perform the following to use Doc Assist,

  1. Select the Lineos icon in your insightsoftware product. The Lineos chat window opens with the Doc Assist tab selected by default.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select the insightsoftware product you need information about.
  3. In the Ask Lineos text box, enter your question. For example, How do I add a user?
  4. Select Enter or select the upward arrow icon. Lineos provides a tailored response.
  5. Optionally, under the References section, select any related help articles to view additional information from the documentation website and knowledge base.
  6. Optionally, select Clear to clear up the current chat session and start a new conversation.
