SharePoint Storage for Configuration Files

This feature enables Spreadsheet Server to use SharePoint as the direct source for managing and storing configuration files. Configuration files including CustomGL, Ad Hoc Queries, Queries, and Application Data can now be mapped directly to SharePoint.

  • Read and write permissions for all users

SharePoint Support for Distributions

This release introduces direct SharePoint distribution capabilities through the Distribution Manager and Profile Scheduler. Organizations can now distribute reports directly to SharePoint locations, eliminating the need for intermediate file backup processes and expanding beyond traditional distribution methods of Email, local File Save, and Printers.

  • Organizational sign-in frequency policies may affect scheduled distributions

Dynamic SQL Profile Keys

This release introduces SQL-powered dynamic lookup lists for Keys within CustomGL profiles. Keys can now leverage SQL statements instead of static validation lists, enabling interdependent key relationships where selecting one key dynamically updates available options in related keys based on query results.

  • Professional Services assistance required for profile modification with SQL keys

  • Profile must be configured with SQL statements in key definitions

Spreadsheet Server v25.3 Resolved Issues

Application Configurator

Password masking now works correctly with semicolon characters. Previously, passwords were only masked up to the first semicolon.

The Application Configurator now successfully validates licenses after Platform authentication. Previously, the application failed with user list and license validation errors.

GXL Formulas

An issue causing slow formula execution after initial load has been resolved. Calculations now complete within expected timeframes.

Profile Scheduler

The Profile Scheduler now supports Oracle RAC configuration with JDE Load Local jobs. Previously, the system could not establish Oracle RAC connections for these job types.

Query Designer

The Excel Add-in now operates without conflict with Oracle EBS Web ADI journal uploads. Previously, the Spreadsheet Server add-in caused Excel crashes during ADI functionality.

GEXD expressions now calculate correctly when the target is a table. Previously, expressions like '=SUM(F%GEXDROW%:Q%GEXDROW%)' failed to work properly with table targets.

Drill-down operations now prompt users to select the column for second-level transactions when drilling from multi-cell selections. Previously, the system automatically used the last column without prompting.
